Gets or sets the X position for the view (the column).

The position is relative to the SuperView's Content, which is bound by GetContentSize().
If set to a relative value (e.g. Center()) the value is indeterminate until the view has been laid out (e.g. Layout(Size) has been called).
Changing this property will result in NeedsLayout and NeedsDraw to be set, resulting in the view being laid out and redrawn as appropriate in the next iteration of the MainLoop.
Changing this property will cause Frame to be updated.
The default value is Pos.At (0).
