OnDrawReadOnlyColor(List<Cell>, int, int)

Sets the Terminal.Gui.ViewBase.View.Driver to an appropriate color for rendering the given idxCol of the current line. Override to provide custom coloring by calling SetAttribute(Attribute) Defaults to Focus.
